Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days once the item has arrived to us.
Preorders will be noted in the product description with estimated arrival dates.
Please keep in mind:
• Weekends + holidays do not count as business days.
• Processing time may be longer during special events or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Shipping Carriers
We typically ship through USPS or UPS.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, any transit delays are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our stores during business hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
• Packages marked delivered
• Packages lost or damaged in transit
• Delays caused by the carrier
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number so they can assist.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying a new shipping fee.
