We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 10 business days from the day the package arrives to you.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and can be used anytime online or in-store.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free from odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair
• Tags still attached
• In original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

• Any item marked “Final Sale”

Shipping Costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping is not credited back when store credit is issued.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help quickly.

Processing Time
Once your return arrives and is inspected/approved, your store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days.
